I'm rustling through my bag for my camera as I scramble out the glass doors. This is the chance of a lifetime. Crowds of people rush past me as I come to my senses and realize I need to hurry if I want to meet him. Emily and I dash to the enormous line of people waiting to meet the American Idols. The wait is agonizing; my head about to explode from excitement. Just when I thought I couldn't wait much longer, I hear the crowd start to applaud and scream; they are here! Emily looks at me incredilously; we are about to meet Adam Lambert!! I see his gorgeous face way down the long line of ecstatic fans. He had bright blue cotton candy eyeshadow with nails to match. His perfect jet black hair looked magnificent with his pearly white adorable smile. Just as I thought my dream was about to come true, my world came crashing down. Adam's evil bodyguard was directing him in the other direction! We called out to him, and he looked, but it was no use. Though we never spoke to Adam Lambert, Emily and I sure had a great time stalking him.

Laughing With God
95% of people in the world say they believe in God. But when it comes down to it, do they truly confide in Him?
In Regina Spektor's song "Laughing With", she explains how no one would laugh at God while they are in hard times, but people will laugh at God while their lives are going good. It shows that when some people may say they are Christians, but are really half-hearted.
"No one laughs at God in a hospital; no one laughs at God in a war. No one's laughing at God when they're starving or freezing or so very poor."
When people are going through rough times in their lives, they usually pray to God and ask for it to be over, no matter how religious they are.
"But God could be funny at a cocktail party when listening to a good God themed joke, or when the crazies say He hates us and they get so red in the head you think they're 'bout to choke."
When people are out with their friends at a party, they have no problem laughing at God in a negative way, because they are happy with their lives at the moment. But when something goes wrong, they will just turn right around and pray, hoping God will take away whatever is happening.
At the end of the song, Regina sings, "We're all laughing with God."
Meaning, someday the people who weren't laughing at God will be laughing with Him in His kingdom.
